The Mayo Clinic Health System - Wisconsin Chair, in collaboration with nursing and administrative partners, will provide strategic direction and oversee the ongoing performance of the Department of the Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine across the state of Wisconsin. The WI practice includes hub community hospitals with established care team models as well as critical access hospitals with independent CRNA practice. Robust surgical and procedural offerings include cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, urology, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, general surgery, OB/GYN, gastroenterology, and trauma services. Develop your practice while guiding its future through mentorship of residents, nurse anesthetist students, and other members of the care team.

This leadership position will be responsible for recruitment and retention of outstanding staff and ensure the alignment and development of critical resources to achieve the goal of being a community anesthesia practice that also honors the tradition of the Mayo Clinic Three Shields: clinical practice, research, and education.
