• Supervision or independent: Solo Practice
• Specific requirements/restrictions: 20 min Response time, Loggs show proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks, Vaccination: Need to be a vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions, BLS, ACLS, NALS, DEA - Required
