The Department of Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco is offering two positions for one year RRC Approved Surgical Care Fellowship to begin in August 2026. The fellow will rotate to San Francisco General Hospital the only Level I Trauma Center in San Francisco as well as Moffitt-Long Hospital. Opportunities are available for both clinical and basic science research during the twelve months as well as operative experience. Applicants should have a strong interest in clinical teaching and surgical research. A second year is available as a Trauma and Acute Care Surgery Fellow at San Francisco General Hospital.
Applicants should be board certified or eligible (preferred), or enrolled in an accredited residency program in surgery.
