• Shifts available: 7a-3p; 7a-5p
• Types of Cases: ophthalmology, ortho (joint replacement and spines), ENT, general, urology, gyn, peds dental, cosmetics (not bariatric), podiatry
• Supervision or independent: CRNA / MD Practice work at same level
• Specific requirements/restrictions: NO OB, Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals must be proficient, Caselogs required showing proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks -- Airways for ENT
