The Department of Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso (TTUHSC EP) is searching to fill Academic Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Advanced Endoscopy positions. The rank for these positions will be Assistant Professor or higher Full-Time.

Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology consultation and procedures, playing a key role in our Fellowship Program in Gastroenterology, teaching residents and medical students in the clinic and hospital setting. Continuing medical education allowance. Applicant must be board-certified or board eligible in gastroenterology. For our Advanced Endoscopy opportunity, successful completion of a one-year fellowship training in advanced endoscopy is required.

Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso is the region's largest multispecialty medical group practice, with over 250 specialists and subspecialists. TTUHSCEP is building a $97 million comprehensive cancer center planned for the Medical Center of the Americas campus. The Gastroenterologist will have a large, healthy referral network from a catchment area of 1.3M individuals in far west Texas and southern New Mexico.
