Physician, Orthopedic Hand Surgeon

 

MaineHealth Orthopedics & Sports Medicine – South Portland is seeking an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our Orthopedic group of 16 surgeons, comprised of 7 Joint Replacement surgeons, 3 Traumatologists, 2 Sports Medicine surgeons, 2 Upper Extremity surgeons, one Pediatric Orthopedic surgeon, one Hand Surgeon, and one Foot and Ankle surgeon.  In addition, the group has 7 non-operative Sports Medicine physicians and a team of APPs.  This position will participate in equal share of the MaineHealth Maine Medical Center – Portland Hand call coverage and is based in our South Portland office, with the potential to have rotating days at other MaineHealth regional sites as needed.  Some travel will be required.

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO from an accredited medical school. Fellowship-trained in Hand Surgery. Board Certified/Eligible in Orthopedic/Hand Surgery
