Job Description

The GI Hospitalist will be work with a GI APPs and will provide inpatient Gastroenterology consult services including emergent and non-emergent inpatient endoscopic procedures at one of the Inova Hospitals as needed.

Requirements:

Work schedule: As needed basis/PRN, Options: weeknight 7pm-7am call coverage, inpatient shift (7am-7pm)

Education: An MD or DO from an accredited university medical school, Completed ACGME residency training and subsequent fellowship, Board eligible or board certified

Experience: ERCP and EUS experience is not required.

Licensure: Current or eligibility for an unrestricted Virginia state medical license and DEA
