The Department of Anesthesiology at Rutgers, New Jersey Medical School, seeks a qualified General Anesthesiologist for a full-time position as Assistant Professor, Non-Tenure Track. Duties include on-site anesthesia services to adult patients at University Hospital; intraoperative and didactic teaching of residents; participation in Faculty Development programs; working collaboratively with the members of the surgical services both clinically and administratively; contributing to research that forwards the discipline academically and clinically.

Qualified applicants must: 1. Have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2. Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey, and 3. Be a BC/BE Anesthesiologist. Candidates on J-1 VISA are welcome to apply. The effective day of the appointment is September 1st, 2024.
