Inova Children’s Multispecialty Clinic is seeking a qualified physician to join their growing Pediatric Otolaryngology (ENT) team in Fairfax, Virginia. Our state-of-the-art Pediatric Multispecialty Ambulatory Practice at Willow Oaks is home to thirteen pediatric specialties, with an additional six specialties ramping up in the next 12-18 months. This practice is across the street from Inova L.J. Murphy Children’s Hospital, a 226-bed children’s hospital at Inova Fairfax Hospital medical campus, located in Northern Virginia. Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital is the only dedicated children’s hospital in Northern Virginia. We provide care in a welcoming environment that offers the latest in technical innovation in kid-friendly spaces.
As Northern Virginia’s only pediatric tertiary care center, the Inova Children's Hospital provides the highest level of care for pediatric patients, in a technologically advanced, yet child-friendly environment, close to home.

Position Details:
- Clinical position practicing a wide breadth of pediatric otolaryngology cases.
- Dedicated block time at the hospital OR for pediatric ENT, as well as available block time at a brand new pediatric-specialized ASC.
- Growing team of advanced practice providers in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Rapidly growing Audiology department with both outpatient and inpatient capabilities.
- Collaboration with a multitude of pediatric subspecialties within the Inova Health System.
- Opportunity to join existing multidisciplinary teams such as the craniofacial and vascular malformation teams.
- Patients seen in Fairfax, Virginia (proximity to Inova L.J. Murphy Children’s Hospital/Inova Fairfax Hospital), and via telemedicine.
- Opportunity to work with ENT residents from nearby Walter Reed Medical Center.
- Supports learners as part of Inova Fairfax Pediatric Residency Program.

Requirements:
- Board-certified/eligible in Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery
- Must have completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology
