Summary
  • We are seeking a skilled, compassionate and flexible Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (IBHC) to join our well-established team at the Concord Hospital Family Health/NH Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency in Concord, NH. The IBHC serves as a member of the healthcare team, collaborating with our Primary Care Providers to manage the overall health of patients, and serves as a faculty member for family medicine residents and BH interns.
  • You will be a member of a five-person IBHC team that serves both our Concord and Hillsboro NH sites. This specific role provides back up for the two primary care team IBHCs in Concord and is primarily responsible for working with refugees in collaboration with the Refugee Nurse Coordinator. You will also provide direct education about behavioral health patient care for six family medicine residents.
  • The IBHC team is embedded in a larger BH team that includes BH clinicians, a consulting psychiatrist, BH interns and a patient care coordinator. The team meets weekly for case consultation, education and team support.


Education

Masters level education in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy or Doctoral level education in Psychology

Certification, Registration & Licensure

Licensed Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Mental Health Counselor by the Board of Mental Health Practice or Psychologist by NH Board of Psychology preferred.

Experience

Two years experience in a medical setting is preferred.

Salary Range: $52,540.80 - $84,073.60.
