Summary
The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and the Physician's Assistant provide primary medical care and preventive health care services to patients throughout their lifespan. This individual functions in one or more Concord Hospital Medical Group (CHMG) settings, including office, patient home, nursing facility, or inpatient. Patient care is provided under the supervision of a CHMG physician for the Physician's Assistant and in collaboration with a CHMG physician for the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
Education
Completion of Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician's Assistant.
Certification, Registration & Licensure
NH License
DEA Certificate
Experience
Prior primary care and/or site-specific experience may be required based on the practice setting. New graduates may be hired.
