Neuromuscular Medicine fellowship and Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship (ACGME accredited) at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. We have an unexpected opening for a one-year fellowship in either of the above 2 fellowships, starting July 1, 2024.

The fellowships include exposure to a highly rated MDA clinic and ALS Center, adult and pediatric neuromuscular medicine clinics and EMG. Training is offered in NCS, EMG, SFEMG, neuromuscular ultrasound, autonomic nervous system testing, chemo-denervation with botulinum toxin, muscle/nerve biopsy, skin biopsy for small fiber neuropathy, nerve block and trigger point injection. Evoked potential reading is also in the curriculum.

The Clinical neurophysiology fellowship, split between EMG and EEG, has in addition, training in adult and pediatric EEG, ambulatory EEG, epilepsy monitoring and participation in adult epilepsy clinics. We also offer an optional research program with abundant opportunities.

No call or after-hours responsibilities. The program is flexible. Career counselling and mentorship are offered.
