We are actively recruiting for a combined Academic Genomic Medicine Pathologist to join our collegial, dynamic faculty. Sub-specialty training in Hematopathology is also preferred.
 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Genomic Medicine services for patient care in solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, and germline testing.
• Provide comprehensive diagnostic Hematopathology services, including histopathology and flow cytometry.
• Clinical service will be approximately 75% effort in Genomic Medicine and 25% effort in Hematopathology.
• Collaborative participation in multidisciplinary patient care.
• Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in pathology and laboratory medicine.
• Engage in scholarly activities aligned with your interests and expertise.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• American Board of Pathology certification in Anatomic Pathology
• American Board of Pathology certification or eligibility in Molecular Genetic Pathology
• American Board of Pathology certification or eligibility in Hematopathology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility in patient care and scheduling
• Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical informatics is a plus
