Job Details
Concord Hospital, a non-profit community health system in NH’s capital city of Concord, is seeking a board eligible/certified Neuro-Hospitalist for their adult inpatient neurology consults.
This physician would be joining a collegial group of office-based neurologists and another neuro-hospitalist. The on-campus practice is the home of The MS Specialty Care Program and is a member of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers (CMSC). The practice currently offers EMGs, EEGs and headache injections.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Requirements
The Dictionary of Occupational Titles Material Handling Classification is LIGHT. The employee must regularly lift, carry or push/pull less than 10 pounds, frequently lift, carry or push/pull up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift, carry or push/pull up to 20 pounds.
The employee is regularly required to hear and speak. The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, do repetitive motion and perform activities that require fine motor skills. The employee is occasionally required to bend, climb, reach, drive, smell, squat and stand.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision, depth perception, far vision, near vision, and peripheral vision.
The employee is frequently exposed to airborne pathogens, bloodborne pathogens, and bodily fluids. The employee is occasionally exposed to airborne contaminants, radiation, chemotherapeutic agents, toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical hazards-shock, non-weather related heat or cold, variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts and slippery surfaces.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

- Consult only service, averaging 4-5 new patients a day, with varying follow ups
- Telestroke program in place
- Collaborative inpatient hospitalist program; ICU, ED and Radiology support
- EEG support
- 7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off, negotiable schedule
- Non-burdensome call during on-weeks, generally in the hospital from 7am-5pm
