Anesthesia Site Director- Foxboro, MA

Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine

Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a major Boston teaching hospital and teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School, seeks an Anesthesia Site Director located at Foxboro Day Surgery Center, reporting to the Anesthesiology Department Deputy Chair and Vice Chair of Clinical Affairs.

In addition to direct patient care responsibilities, the Site Director will coordinate anesthesia staffing and clinical operations at the Foxboro, MA site, including:

• Deploying anesthesia staff on site daily
• Collaborating with leaders and surgical, nursing, and administrative colleagues in developing and executing plans for patient care
• Leading anesthesia providers at the site and representing the site in broader Anesthesiology departmental initiatives.
• Role does not have call or weekend responsibilities

Candidates must be Board Certified and have a Medical License to practice in Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate has exceptional problem-solving skills, is highly regarded by their peers and balances multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
