The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center, affiliated with the Children’s Hospital of New Mexico, is seeking a board certified or board eligible pediatric infectious disease physician as a third full-time faculty in the Infectious Diseases division. Salary and track will be commensurate with training and experience. Our department provides primary care for children in Bernalillo county as well as tertiary care for children from all over New Mexico as well as southern Colorado, eastern Arizona, and west Texas. We provide care for patients with uncomplicated and complicated infections, unusual infections including plague and Hantavirus, and infections in immunocompromised patients with cancer, organ transplants, or rheumatologic illnesses.
