Recruiting: Vice Chair of Research

The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health's Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a Vice Chair of Research. This individual will report to the Chair and work collaboratively with other leaders to develop, implement and support the Department's research mission. Ideal candidates will have a well-established research program with a robust history of extramural funding and scholarship in anesthesiology or a related field. MD, PhD, or MD-PhD candidates at the Associate or full Professor level with tenure are preferred. 

Clinician Candidates: Dual appointment with the University, and UW Medical Foundation. An active Wisconsin medical license (or eligibility) and certification (or eligibility) by the American Board of Anesthesiology are required.

PhD Candidates: Appointment through the University of Wisconsin.
