Chief of Staff - Burn Surgery Team

Shriners Hospitals for Children Northern California, the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center, currently has an opportunity for a Chief of Staff to join the Burn Team. Located in Sacramento, CA, our burn center is ABA verified and we serve over 3,000 children a year in our region. We are affiliated with UC Davis Medical Center.

The Chief of Staff will provide leadership for Shriners clinical, education and research programs as well as management of physicians and practitioners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Board Certified in General Surgery or Plastic Surgery

• Board Certification in Critical Care

• Fellowship or extensive experience in burn surgery

• Associate Professor or above

• Extensive experience with pediatric burns

• 10 years of experience in a clinical leadership role

• Experience with research
