The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks qualified applicants for faculty positions in general obstetrics and gynecology, to provide patient care, teach residents and students, and participate in scholarly activities. The ideal candidate will be a developing leader with interest in and a passion for clinical medicine, research, and teaching. Positions available for general ObGyn physicians to develop a clinical practice and/or serve as a hospitalist. The successful candidate will find an environment of high clinical excellence, collaboration within and across specialties, and high academic achievement. Candidate should hold an MD/DO or equivalent degree, be American Board Certified/Board Eligible along with successful completion of ACGME accredited OB/GYN resident training program, eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Oklahoma, and eligible for credentialing under OU Health Physicians as well as area medical facilities. Academic rank will be based on qualifications. 

The School of Community Medicine is a regional campus of the University of Oklahoma, College of Medicine, in partnership with the University of Tulsa, located on the OU-Tulsa campus. The OU Health Physicians practice offers a full range of care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. 

Tulsa is situated in northeast Oklahoma, a beautiful region of the state known as Green Country.   The metropolitan area boasts a low cost of living as well as a lively music scene, world-renowned art museums, ballet, outstanding entertainment venues. Tulsa is also home to USA Today’s Best City Park, a unique recreation area known as the Gathering Place, located along the Arkansas River.
