OB/GYN Hospitalists

Baylor College of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is seeking a highly qualified physician to join the section of Obstetric and Gynecologic Hospitalists within the Division of Gynecologic and Obstetric Specialists, at the Texas Children’s Hospital Pavilion for Women (PFW). The program supports 12 residents a year, as well as fellows in pediatric gynecology, maternal fetal medicine, fetal surgery/intervention, global medicine, OB hospitalist medicine, minimally invasive surgery, and reproductive endocrinology.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, motivated, and committed to outstanding patient care and education, and an established clinician with five or greater years’ experience in general obstetrics and gynecology. The candidate should be comfortable managing obstetrical emergencies, triage of patients, and management of intrapartum and antepartum obstetrics. Board certification with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology is required. Academic Rank will be commensurate with the qualifications and achievements of the individual. Hospitalists are encouraged to pursue educational and research interests.
